These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website lttrbxtech.com (the “Website”), operated by LTTRBX Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. (“LTTRBX”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About us

LTTRBX Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at E-1214, Ganesh Glory 11, Jagatpur Road, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382470, India (CIN: U72200GJ2018PTC103107). We provide software development, web and mobile application development, digital marketing, branding, and related IT services.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You must not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written permission. Trademarks and brand names of third parties appearing on the Website (for example, in case studies) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Enquiries and no contract by enquiry

Information on the Website about our Services is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Submitting an enquiry, or our responding to it, does not by itself create a contract for Services. Any engagement for Services will be governed by a separate written agreement or proposal signed or accepted by both parties, which will prevail over these Terms in respect of that engagement.

If you submit any information or material to us through the Website (for example, an enquiry, application, or CV), you confirm that it is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the Website you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, network or hosting failures, government action, or other force-majeure events.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to Section 14, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website.

14. Dispute resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through good-faith discussions. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the competent courts at Ahmedabad as set out in Section 13.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The revised Terms take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
